I'm also _fairly certain_ that the NetGears will show you their routing table. There _may_ be options for bidirectional routing in the VPN connection. 'network browing' and 'name resolution' may be separate problems.ĭo the routers have a ping test facility (I believe most of the NetGears do), and, if so, can the routers each ping IP addresses on the remote subnets?ĮDIT: and a long shot. I would expect ping by IP to work, as each router would be 'default gateway' for the local network and get routing table for the other network from the VPN.
